All prices
quoted in the catalogue are free of Russian taxes.
Catalogue prices do not include shipping, which will depend
on the weight of the order. See a helpful table of postage
costs below.
Please note, that the prices in US Dollars
may slightly vary depending on the current exchange rate.

| DISCOUNTS: |
We offer
a 10 percent discount for our continued series, when at
least 3 volumes of a series are ordered. For the subscription
for volumes in print we accept Standing Orders. |

| SHIPMENT: |
For customers in Europe we reccomend to use international surface mail. It is cheap and reliable. The comparative table
below shows the shipping rates for sending books from
Moscow to abroad (Europe and North America). The weight
of each book is indicated in its description.

Standard delivery period for Europe is 10 days for air
mail and 20 days for surface mail. For the North America
it is 14 and 28 days respectively. Both Surface and Air
mail are safe.
NOTE: If not specified in the Purchase Order the books
will be sent by surface mail. |

| RETURN: |
Any damaged
or faulty books maybe be returned and replaced with a
new copy. If you have any problems please contact us before
returning any books. |

| PAYMENTS: |
Customers from European Community can pay by bank trasfer to our German bank account, which is free of charge or by credit card.
Unfortunately customers fron the Unated States can pay in Euro to our European bank account or by credit card via PAYPAL system.
Currently we do not accept bank checks.

We can accept credit card payments only via PAYPAL
paymentnt system, which is the most popular online payment system in the world. The payment is made on secured Paypal site and we do not receive any data regarding your credit cards.
